This is rare, but it happens. Standard and Premium packages include revisions, so we'll keep working with you until it lands right. If the issue is something like the wrong mood, wrong vocal type, or wrong style, we can rework it. The order form is designed to capture enough detail that this rarely happens — the more specific you are, the closer the first delivery will be to what you imagined.

Yes — the Photo Video Add-On (or Premium package) lets you upload up to 30 photos. We edit them into a cinematic video timed to your song. Delivered as HD 1080p MP4.

High-resolution photos with clear faces and meaningful moments work best. We can use selfies, portraits, candids, old film scans — anything that tells the story. Avoid blurry or low-light shots if possible.

Yes, contact us for a custom quote. For most occasions, 15-25 photos works beautifully.

Once production has begun, we don't offer full refunds — but we offer revisions until you're happy. If something goes truly wrong on our end before production starts, we'll refund in full.

Yes — your story, names, and details are never shared, sold, or used as samples without your explicit permission. You can opt in or out of "use as sample" in the order form.

Never. Every song we make is built around a specific story with specific names and details — it can't be resold to anyone else even if we wanted to. Your song is yours. We only retain the right to use anonymized samples for our portfolio if you explicitly opt in.

We don't offer pre-payment custom samples — the cost of producing a song is in the production, not the delivery. However, our Portfolio page has many sample songs across different styles, occasions, and moods so you can hear the quality of our work before committing.
